Lee Hardy - Rider History:
I started racing in 2007 and competed in the Honda Hornet 600cc Championship. In my first year of racing I had seven top ten finishes, I was also awarded rider of the meeting twice and novice of the meeting. I finished the season in the top fifteen of the Championship. 2008, I competed in the Honda Hornet 600cc Championship again. I had a very good season with eight podiums and two race wins, I finished second in the Championship.
2008 Honda Hornet Club Championship:
The 2008 Championship was euphoric for me; I used the 2007 season to settle in knowing that in 2008 I would be able to put the knowledge I had learnt to good use. It was an incredible feeling being able to run at the front of a race mixing it with the best. I achieved eight podiums and two race wins throughout the season finishing the Championship in second place.

2009 Thundersport GB Race Dates
Thundersport GB has announced its dates for 2009 and they look fantastic. The Championship is going to be held at the best and most historic tracks in the UK, the opening race will be held at the tight and twisty Mallory Park, leading on to more undulating circuits such as Cadwell Park and Brands Hatch.
The biggest highlight of 2009 and my life will be racing at Donnington Park on Moto GP weekend; I will race on the Thursday, this one off race will also be televised by Sky TV and will be shown on the Motors Channel. This is an amazing sponsorship opportunity with millions of television viewers and spectators watching from all around the globe, on average over 600 journalists attended this Grand Prix Week at Donnington Park.
The average crowd for a four-day Grand Prix Weekend in 2008 was 129,050. I will receive three passes for the Moto GP weekend that will be made available to my sponsors.
