Rainbow Centre Sand Pit.

This fantastic giant sand pit allows children to play co-operatively in large or small groups. It gives them the opportunity to “work together” building sand castles, digging holes etc. Members of staff help to promote their imagination, creativity and problem solving alongside the development of their gross and fine motor skills. The sand pit is a very popular place throughout the seasons for all ages allowing the babies and toddlers to be with older children; a wonderful place to communicate and develop language and social skills.
