Declaration by the Borrower:
I certify that:
I am in possession of a full drivers licence.

Minibus:
I am over 21 years of age.
I have category D1 on my licence.
I have no more than three points on my licence and no greater fine than SP30.

Vans:
I am over 21 years of age or have held my licence for at least 2 years.
I have had no motoring convictions during the last 5 years.
I have had no accidents or motor insurance claims during the last 4 years.

All Vehicles:
I have never had motor insurance refused or cancelled.
I understand that I will be liable for any fixed penalty, motoring offences or excess parking charges incurred during the period of the loan.
I understand that I am liable for any extra insurance excesses applicable to my age or penalty points status.
I will upon collection of the vehicle carry out a serviceability check and record any defects on From SIF89.
I will take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe use of the vehicle, ensuring that when left unattended all windows and doors will be closed and locked.
I will not allow the vehicle to be driven by any person, other than those named on the loan agreement.
I will not allow the minibus to carry more than 17 persons including the driver.
I understand that the loan of the SIF Trailer is subject to my own vehicle insurance and that I will be liable for any loss or damage during the loan period.
I will return the vehicle to SIF Vehicles RAF Marham at the agreed time & date.
The vehicle will be full of fuel (diesel) and clean both inside and out, a charge of £10 for inside and £10 for outside will be levied if this is not the case.

Failure to comply with these restrictions will invalidate the vehicle insurance and leave YOU liable for any repair costs.
