AIR VICE MARSHALL M J HARWOOD CBE

Air Vice Marshall Harwood assumed the mantle as President of the RAF Martial Arts Association in January 2006 having become intrigued with how the practice of martial arts contributed towards the military values and behaviours of military personnel. Since that time he has been a stalwart supporter and has seen the RAFMAA move forward positively, even taking a few lessons in martial arts along the way.
