We have Little Wings, which is the Station 'creche' (nursery).  Little Wings caters for children aged between 3 months and 5 years, grouped into several units.  They have a baby unit, which caters for 3 months to 2 years, although this seperates into a toddler unit at the age of 12 months; a 2-3's unit and an over 3's pre school, which admits children up to 5 years old.

We have a medical and dental centre on the unit, aswell as a church.

There are three messes; the Officers' Mess, housing all officers that live on the unit; the Sergeants' Mess, housing all personnel between the ranks of Sergeant and Warrant Officer that live on the station and the Junior Ranks Mess and accomodation.

There is a variety of social activities.  There are several bars; The Officers' Mess and Sergeants' Mess have bars for their respective personnel; there is a Junior Ranks bar, called the 'Sword and Wheel'.  Several of the sections and units based at RAF Northolt also have their own section bar.

The Station has a large gymnasium and sports hall, along with a football/rugby pitch.  The Station has several sports teams, which include: Cricket, Football, Rugby, Hockey, Netball.
