904 EAW’s TORDET has supported TFH, Op HAMKARI in the Kandahar region and provided Close Air Support (CAS) on the eastern side of Afghanistan. Requests for the Tornado fleet to provide Shows of Force and Shows of Presence proved successful in deterring enemy aggression towards troops pinned down in a number of locations around the Helmand AO.
