The Hercules fleet of 901 EAW had a challenging week, mainly due to the requirement to complete considerable contingency planning. Despite this, the fleet achieved the movement of over 1500 passengers and 250 tonnes of freight. The most notable movement of the week being that of Her Majesty, Queen Magrethe II of Denmark who was accompanied by the Danish Minister for Defence during a visit to Camp Bastion.
