Carried out successful aviation support to Op OMID SHASH, along with 2 successful daylight heli assaults with a significant disrup function. 1310 Flt engineers have faced a number of challenges this week but excelled in maintaining availability of aircraft to ensure that ops and taskings were fully supported. The initial move into the hangars has started and plans are in place to start operating Chinook from the new dispersal in the near future.
