Central to Op ZMARAY SAKHT 5, the Merlin det supported D Coy 5 SCOTS along with the extract for Op OMID SHASH which also saw a level change in the ANA ability to integrate in operations of this size and complexity. The HRF have continued to be used for CCAS, CIED and detainee moves, as well as being stood up as the ‘MERT – lite’.
