The utility of UK Reaper as a multi-sensor capability was again highlighted this week. It’s ability to provide persistent overwatch and Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI) offers important situational awareness to ground forces. In addition, a 39 Sqn Reaper provided precise cross-cueing information to a 12(B) Sqn Tornado GR4 aircraft in a strike against an Insurgent stronghold.
