US Marine Receives RAF Endorsement

Sgt Thomas Foster from the USMC becomes the first non-RAF person to achieve a Radar Endorsement at an RAF run airfield. He received a RAF Certificate of Competency from Sqn Ldr Mike Burton, Senior Air Traffic Controller at the RAF Run Bastion Airfield.
