Teams & Disciplines
A Team
The first team play in the inter-service Cornwall affiliates competition as well as in the Duke of York Cup against the Royal Navy. Most players are of 0 goal handicap and play regularly at club level. Fixtures 2011
B Team
The second team, with up and coming players, mostly around –1 handicap. The main event is the Captains and Subalterns (novice inter-services) trophy in July. Members often drop down to the development team to provide assistance at that level and give the B team members experience of playing in alternative positions and in captaining a team. Fixtures 2011
Development Team
For players new to the sport who have shown a sustained interest, have had a few lessons and understand the basic concepts of the game. Development team matches, are particularly for novice players and has the aim for them to progress towards B team level. B team players taking part should be the spine of the team, guiding the novice players and providing some structure for the team. Fixtures 2011
