The job
All members of the RAF Reserves share the responsibility of serving their country – both in peace and at war. That’s why spiritual guidance is so important in the force. Service personnel and their families from all walks of life, and with differing outlooks and beliefs, will look to you for strength and support. Working alongside full-time chaplains, you’ll be a trusted communicator and helper to whom Reservists can turn to discuss spiritual and work-related issues.
