Qualifications you need: 2 A-levels or 3 Highers or equivalent, plus 5 GCSEs/SCEs at Grade C/3 minimum or equivalent, including English language and maths

Nationality: Citizen of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, or a Commonwealth citizen since birth

Eligibility: Suitably qualified ex RAF Engineer Officer only

The job

As an Engineer Officer in the RAF Reserves, you will play a vital role in ensuring the force’s operational readiness. You could oversee the maintenance of vehicles and ground-based equipment used to support aircraft, including air compressors and air-conditioning units. Or you could be responsible for the electrical equipment used to support aircraft operations, including electrical engineering and providing power to deployed RAF assets using field electrical power systems generators.
