Nationality: Citizen of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, or a Commonwealth citizen since birth

Eligibility: Currently only recruiting suitably qualified ex military officers with experience within this role.

The job

Personnel Support is the RAF Reserves’ human resources group. As a Personnel Support Officer, you’ll be trained in general service procedures, administration and personnel management. You’ll be doing a varied job – for example, helping personnel prepare for deployment or going on deployment yourself to provide HR support to a detachment. Your work will bring you into contact with staff from all areas of the RAF – people skills are a must.
