Qualifications you need: 2 A-levels or 3 Highers or equivalent, plus 5 GCSEs/SCEs at Grade C/3 minimum or equivalent, including English language and maths
Nationality: Citizen of the UK or the Republic of Ireland, or a Commonwealth citizen since birth
Eligibility: Currently only recruiting suitably qualified ex military officers with experience within this role.
The job
As an RAF Regiment Officer, you will be part of the RAF’s force protection capability and will train and serve alongside your regular RAF counterparts. You will lead force protection teams defending RAF bases and personnel, and you’ll develop skills in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) warning and reporting and fieldcraft. Reservists who join as airmen/women have the opportunity to progress to the rank of officer if they show potential.
