The RAFRUW had their first training session back in 2000, followed by their first match against the Army in 2001. The following season, the Navy provided a team to allow for the start of the Inter Service Competition in 2002. The 2010/11 season saw further additions with the introduction of the Development and 7s team. This History section of the RAFRUW is still being pulled together but please enjoy the photos and match reports that are currently available.
