Season News

The RAFRU Women's side had a very successful season in 2010/11 with the introduction of the Development side into the Army Corps Tournament. Increasing the player base and improving the quality of the Women's game. To increase this further during the summer months the Committee went one step further by introducing their first official Women's 7's side, which represented in several competitions and Tournaments throughout the summer. It is hoped that in future years this squad can build in numbers and strength to represent in further competitions.

Manchester Sevens
	14 - 15 May 2011 The RAF Pumas took part in the Manchester Sevens Tournament over the 14 - 15 May. Being grouped with the Wooden Spoons, Darlington Sharks and Altringham and Kersal. View how it went.
Summer Solstice
	22 - 24 June 2011 It was another cup knock out game exit for the newly formed RAF Puma's who have put their heart and souls into making their mark on the 7's corcuit this year. The Puma's travelled to Nottingham on the friday evening to be greeted by a field resembling a scene from Glastonbury, View.
