RAF Seniors Vs Nottingham | |
 | 25 Mar 09 The RAFRU Senior Squad finished off there warm up matches with a game against Nottningham on the 25th March. Winning 21 - 13 heads are high as they head into the Inter-Service competitions. |

RAF Seniors Vs University of Gloucestershire | |
 | 14 Jan 09 The RAFRU Senior Squad kicked off the 2009 Inter Services Competition preparation on the 14th of January with a fine win against the unbeaten University of Gloucestershire (UG).
