The season’s main aim was to work towards a successful IS competition by continuing to build upon the work carried out last season, through player development and moulding a more mature, cohesive team. | 17 Oct 10 The U23s game scheduled to take place against Newbury RFC on Sun 17 Oct was canceled and led to a quick rearrange to save a fixture. The Committee managed to line up a game against Hitchin RFC and came away with a brilliant 77 - 5 Victory. The squad included: |

| 18 Sep 10 On a dry typical September afternoon the RAFRU U23 squad captained by SAC Mark Sheriton (RAF Brize Norton) arrived in Teddington, west London for the first full fixture of the season against United Hospitals following from their successful training camp at Pontypool. | Aug 10 Jason grew up in Pontypridd South Wales and the first highlight of his playing career was to go 2 years undefeated for the youth team at Pontypridd RFC (Only because Neil Jenkins was playing at 10) he carried on playing from school to county standard and played for Rhydyfelin RFC before joining the RAF in 1990.
