Membership

To apply for membership of RAFSA please print and complete the RAFSA Membership form, and the Membership Direct Debt Instruction, links below. Once you have completed the forms please send them on to the addresses listed on the forms. Please note that this cannot be sent to the Sports Board in an A4 Envelope without attracting costs, so please send with form folded in a normal sized envelope.

The Membership Secretary is Sqn Ldr Guy Lefroy (contact details available under Board of Trustees link).

Membership fees are £15 per annum.

Under 18 dependent memberships are free.

All membership will run for 1 year.
