• Name: * - You must enter your name
• E-mail: * - Required
• Phone: * - Required in case we need to contact you
• Target Audience: * - Which division is the news item aimed at or is it a global message
• News Title: * - What is the headline for the article
• Summary: * - This will appear on the main news page and should be once sentence
• News Text: * - The main text of the article
• Publish Date: - You can submit items ahead of time and we will publish them on the appropriate date
• Attachements: Yes/No - Is there an image or document with this article. If so, then e-mail them to news@rafsa.org.uk
• Notes:  - Any other information that you think we need.  This info will not be published with the article
