The RAF Central Fund is a charitable organisation that manages the RAF Sport Lottery and provides grants to units and individuals and, through the RAF Sport Federation, annual grants to RAF sport associations.
RAF sport associations submit 5 year strategies (to the Directorate of RAF Sport) and 5 year financial plans (to the RAF Sport Federation) to underpin their activities.
Service personnel and units can apply to the RAF Sports Lottery for grants to support events not covered by the RAF sport association's activities.
High performing service personnel may apply for support from a BAE Systems fund, managed by the Sport Delivery Manager at the Directorate of RAF Sport.
