Coach Education/Training

RAF Tri continues to grow by the year, mainly as a result of the considerable work being put in by members of the committee. For this to continue, new members need to continue as their predecessors have done and step forward to assist as well as attend training courses which will benefit the membership.

All members are encouraged to get involved with the courses on offer in order to develop both individually and to provide a service to others on your unit. With everyones' support, the Association will continue to grow in years to come.

Coaching

There is now an established coaching setup within the British Triathlon Federation. New and existing coaches have a defined pathway to follow to achieve the UK Coaching Certificates. More details can be found on the British Triathlon website. It is encouraged for members to get involved and benefit the Association by getting qualified.

Referees

It costs the Association a significant amount to have referees attend RAF Tri organised fixtures. If this requirement can be met by suitably qualified members then it leaves funds available to use elsewhere. Have you considered becoming a referee?
