Referees

The RAFVA is always on the look-out for potential and experienced volleyball referees. Referees are required to officiate home fixtures at RAF Cranwell for national league matches for both, the Harriers and the Hawks. There are normally only 3 or 4 fixtures per team, per season and all referees are paid for officiating and for travel. Courses are run throughout the year to qualify people to the national league standard and serving personnel may apply to their Station gymnasiums, SIF or RAFVA for assistance with the course fees. As an added bonus, the RAFVA always take at least 2 referees to all tournaments including domestic and overseas tours.
