SSAFA Forces Help provide a confidential service for many issues which may cause concern and anxiety, for instance:

  • Family/Relationship/Personal difficulties
  • Stress/Anxiety/Depression
  • Debt/Financial problems/Benefit Advice
  • Illness/Disability/Additional Needs
  • Housing/Resettlement/Medical Discharges
  • Bereavement/Loss/Grief
  • Equal Opportunities/Discrimination/Harrassment/Bullying
  • Child Care Issues
  • Adoption
  • Long Term Sickness

If we are unable to help we can refer you to the best agency/person to meet your needs.  If you or your family require emotional and/or practical support or just someone with the time to listen in confidence please make contact.  No concern is ever too small to be heard.
