Detailed organisation and planning is essential if all the aircrew, supporting personnel and equipment are to arrive at every display venue and transit airport.

Accommodation and catering facilities is regularly required for up to 50 personnel during the season, as well as a large amount of administrative support for Exercise Springhawk and all overseas detatchments during the display season.

The Administration team also cover everything from leave passes to careers advice and recording of statistical data – responsibilities which are vital to the efficient running of the squadron.
