Overseas Venues
The Red Arrows are famous throughout the world as ambassadors for the United Kingdom, representing the very highest standards of the Royal Air Force since they were formed in 1965.
The Red Arrows have displayed in 53 countries since they were officially formed in 1965.
Displays overseas are the result of partnerships between the Ministry of Defence, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and British Industry. These organisations work together to promote British Excellence abroad, demonstrating not only the professionalism of the pilots and support personnel, but also the quality of British products and services.
Furthermore, displays by the Red Arrows overseas provide the opportunity for the United Kingdom to maintain and enhance valued friendships with the countries visited by the Team.
