Babcock
The role of Babcock at RAF Linton-on-Ouse is to provide sufficient airworthy Tucano aircraft to meet the Basic Fast Jet Training task of No 1 Flying Training School and to supply full engineering and logistics support to the Station. We, and the Training Aircraft Integrated Project Team, which is also located at RAF Linton-on-Ouse, have a partnering agreement to devise and implement the most cost effective methods of providing all aspects of Tucano support. Babcock is proud to be part of the excellent working relationship with the Royal Air Force and of our part in providing successful flying training at RAF Linton-on-Ouse.
ITP
The ITP Group, whose parent company is Indusrtia de Turbo Proulsores, S.A, shared by Sener Aeronautica (53%) and Rolls Royce (47%), among its activities is dedicated to Engineering, Research and Development, Manufacture, Assembly and Test of aeronautical engines and gas turbines. The ITP facility at Ajalvir (Madrid) specialises in the test, repair and overhaul of aeronautical engines and it's satellite facility in York has the sole responsibilty for all second and third line servicing of the TPE-331 engines that power the RAF's fleet of Tucano T1 aircraft.
Breitling
Breitling offers high-end certified chronometers designed primarily for aviation use. All Breitling watches are manufactured in Switzerland and are made from Swiss components. Breitling is the official timekeeper for the 2011 Tucano Display.
