Health Promotion

The WHO has defined health promotion as “the process of enabling people to increase control over their health and its determinants, and thereby improve their health".

This website brings together resources to support the RAF community in addressing health and lifestyle issues such as nutrition, sensible drinking, smoking cessation and oral health, work related stress and sexual health.
