On Friday 16 Nov 18, the intrepid ‘Team OASC, R & S and Friends’ took part in a 12 hour Cross Trainer-a-thon event over at East Camp Gym, organised in aid of this year’s BBC Children In Need Charity appeal.
The event ran from 0600–1800 hours with participants undertaking 30-minute, one hour or multiple sessions on the 2 Cross Trainer machines being used.
Over £250 was collected in donations on the day, and with more monies due to come in, a grand total of over £500 will have been raised for this most worthy of causes.
