Farewell To Warrant Officer Pete OLoughlin

RAF Cosford Personnel See Pete Off In Style

Warrant Officer Pete O’Loughlin was given a traditional RAF send off by personnel at Royal Air Force Cosford today. After his farewell interview with Station Commander, Group Captain Tone Baker, Warrant Officer O’Loughlin was issued with his bowler hat and umbrella to signify his retirement from the Royal Air Force.

Warrant Officer O’Loughlin was strapped into the seat and taken on his final tour of the station.

His route from Headquarters was lined with hundreds of trainees and staff applauding as he went past. Good luck on your retirement Pete, after 39 years and 6 months of service we think you deserve to put your feet up.
