SAC(T) Kevin Iveson is looking to get as much coverage for this charity event as possible.

He and four colleagues from C4I Sqn RAF Brize Norton are embarking on a challenge to raise money for our chosen charity (Details Below).

The Challenge

To cycle from Big Ben (London) to the Eiffel Tower (Paris), within the time limit (24hrs) in one single trip. This time limit includes all stops such as meal stops and the ferry journey.

All of the participants in this challenge have limited to no road cycling experience.

The Date

This challenge is to take place on the 1 Apr 15 departing from Big Ben at 1600hrs local (Approx) and arriving at destination before 1700hrs local to complete the challenge.

The Cause

All money raised from this trip will go to the Henry Hallam Appeal http://hugsforhenry.co.uk/ .The Henry Hallam appeal was was founded to raise funds to support the treatment of Henry Hallam, a young boy from Plymouth with Neuroblastoma. Working with the charity, Families Against Neuroblastoma, they are aiming to raise funds for potentially lifesaving treatments outside of the UK.

As always we have a justgiving page https://www.justgiving.com/hhalondon2paris/ with an overall goal of raising £2500.

Kind Regards,

Kevin Iveson
