In response to your Passenger Surveys:

We have purchased recharging units for the Departure Lounge, and these are now available.

We have spoken with the contractor to keep the vending machines topped up.

Flight Reporting Time

Flight reporting times will be updated prior to each flight. Please see information in relevant Arrival / Departure boxes above.

FAILURE TO CHECK IN FOR YOUR FLIGHT BY THE LATEST CHECK IN TIME WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING REFUSED TRAVEL. THIS IS BECAUSE TIME IS REQUIRED TO FINALISE PASSENGER / BAGGAGE WEIGHTS ALONG WITH THE FUEL FIGURES FOR THE AIRCRAFT. THIS IS ALL COMPLETED AFTER YOU CHECK IN. ANYONE REPORTING AFTER THE LATEST REPORTING TIME WILL BE REFUSED TRAVEL.

Should you be delayed for any reason en-route to the Air Terminal (traffic jams for example) please contact the Air Movements Staff as soon as possible (00357 2527 6599) and we will try and assist you. Otherwise all passengers must have arrived prior to flight check-in closing times.

To ensure you arrive before flight check-in closes you should plan sufficient travelling time to the airport allowing for any problems that may occur en-route. In particular, passengers should allow extra time for processing through the main gate security control.

Flight timings can change at very short notice due to unforeseen operational reasons. Passengers are advised to contact the Passenger Terminal (00357 2527 6599) prior to beginning their journey. You must have your PNR at hand.

Any significant delays will be published on the website. Please check again prior to starting your journey.
