Work Experience

Work experience at RAF Brize Norton aims to give students an opportunity to experience the wide-ranging careers that are available within the Royal Air Force. Students are offered a choice from the set dates, listed below, which offer a two day programme to spend time in several different sections. These may include: Flying Squadrons, Engineering, Air Traffic Control, Fire Service, Catering, Regiment, Armoury and Logistics. Whilst there is a set timetable, due to operational commitments we reserve the right to change or cancel the programme at short notice. Each course has 12 places available.

The Station Work Experience dates, that are planned for 2018, are as follows:

  • 13-14 Feb 18
  • 11-12 Apr 18
  • 5-6 Jun 18
  • 10-11 Jul 18
