Universities of Glasgow & Strathclyde Air Squadron

Squadron Crest OC UGSAS Thank you for taking an interest in UGSAS. We are unique amongst all the University Air Squadrons, in that we do not operate from a Royal Air Force station but a busy international airport. With the stunning scenery of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs as a backdrop for our flying operations, our aim is to give an insight into serving in the Royal Air Force and raise awareness of military activities. The local area provides an array of opportunities for outdoor adventurous and sporting activities, all of which are available to squadron members to take advantage of, under the qualified supervision of full time RAF staff. Please explore the website to learn more about being an Officer Cadet in UGSAS.
