Building upon last year’s success, the RAF has once again been placed in the Top 75. This achievement recognises the work undertaken to attract and improve socio-economic diversity within our organisation. The Top 75 Employers Index is compiled by the Social Mobility Foundation, recognised as the leading authority on employer best practice and assesses the steps being taken by organisations to ensure openness to talent from all social backgrounds.

“I am so happy to see the Royal Air Force once again on the list of the Top 75 Employers for Social Mobility. I know from my own experience that the Royal Air Force truly offers a remarkable opportunity and an exciting career no matter what your background. Everyone is welcome, and everyone can discover – and reach – their full potential as part of our team.”
