The Royal Air Force’s Parachute Display Team have wowed the crowds at this year’s Lincolnshire Show, showcasing their world-class parachuting skills to thousands of spectators who attended Lincolnshire’s largest county show.
Jumping into the Lincolnshire Show Ground, the team displayed their iconic red white and blue canopies, soaring above the crowds gathered around the main arena. The sun came out just in time for the team to showcase their iconic manoeuvres in the sky before landing to huge applause from spectators.
Once on the ground, the team lined up, with Officer Commanding RAF Falcons – Flight Lieutenant Dom Compton-Davies taking the salute with the Lincolnshire Show Director James Matthews.

After the jump, Sergeant Mike Atkinson – third year Falcon said:
“The Lincolnshire Show is a highlight of our display calendar, as it’s an event we’ve been jumping into for many years now. The reception in Lincolnshire is always great, and the view of the showground filled with visitors and attractions is a fantastic sight to see from the sky. We put several months of planning into every event and it’s a pleasure to be invited back year on year”
