RAF 60 Second Update

Are you a nature lover? Did you know that working with the RAF you get the chance to see some of the most unspoilt natural landscapes?

We’re back with our latest 60 Second Update from the RAF’s Mount Pleasant Complex, on the iconic Falkland Islands, home to 1 million penguins across five species!

In this episode:

  • The British Forces South Atlantic Islands (BFSAI) – you may know as the Falklands – has been conducting air-to-air refuelling training for a detachment of Atlas A400M pilots
  • Exercise Cobra Warrior begins. Based at RAF Waddington, it is the most important, and largest, exercise that the RAF runs in the UK, providing the opportunity to work with key allies and NATO partners.
  • RAF Cosford supported the annual Birmingham International Tattoo with a Guard of Honour alongside the King's Colour for the Number 1 School of Technical Training
  • Serving Personnel and Veterans have taken part in the seventh Invictus Games in Canada, designed to support the recovery needs of each individual through the power of sport. Congratulations to everyone from Team UK

Thanks for watching and see you next time!
