RAF Cranwell celebrates Combined Parade

His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales with graduates.
His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales was the Reviewing Officer of the Graduation Parade.

A Combined Parade of Officers and Aviators was held for RAF Halton and RAF College Cranwell graduates from the last two year, who could not take part in a parade due to the Pandemic.

The Combined Parade celebrates not only the achievements of the individuals on parade but also the resilience to continue to deliver training through difficult times.

"Today is going to be a fantastic day. We’ve got an opportunity to welcome all the families who didn’t get a chance to see their loved ones march off the parade square here at Cranwell or RAF Halton to welcome them into the service properly which we couldn’t do due to the Pandemic.

I’m really looking forward to helping deliver a great day for the aviators and officers on parade and to make it the best day possible for them and their families."

"I didn’t plan on joining the RAF, I had the opportunity to do something that I really wanted to do and always wanted to be Cabin Crew. I searched online to see what my options were and the RAF came up. A year later I was going through basic training! I can’t wait to take part in the parade today"
