An RAF Regiment field squadron with a dual role as the Queen's Colour Squadron
I watch and ward
1943 - Formed as a light anti-aircraft unit.
1946 - Became a field squadron.
1974 - Equipped with the Rapier anti-aircraft missile system.
1982 - Deployed to the Falklands as part of 5 Brigade.
1990 - Squadron number taken up by the Queen's Colour Squadron.
