When you arrive
You must report to the Main Guardroom at the main entrance to the technical site. You must bring valid photographic ID with you, e.g. driving licence or passport.
Where escorted passes are issued, the member of staff hosting you must meet you at the Main Guard Room.

Work experience
Applications for RAF Benson 2026 work experience are now closed as of 5 January 2026.
GCSE placement: 27 April - 1 May
A-Level placement: 29 June - 3 July
Due to popularity, placements are not guaranteed. Successful candidates will be contacted by the Youth Engagement Team to confirm a placement by 31 January 2026.
