With the Football Inter-Services competition under way, RAF Boulmer’s personnel have found success in their first fixtures for their respective teams.
Corporals Bright, Dawson and Jennings represented RAF Boulmer during the match between the Senior Representative Team (SRT) and the Army. Coming from two goals down, three SRT goals were assisted by our own Corporal Dawson and Corporal Bright, resulting in a 3-2 win for the SRT. Corporal Dawson collecting the Man of the Match award.
In the Ladies Representative Team (LRT), Flying Officer Jeorgia Carr represented RAF Boulmer, assisting the second goal, contributing to the LRT’s 2-0 win against the Army.
Playing for the RAF Masters, Flight Lieutenant Arscott represented RAF Boulmer, helping his team with their 2-1 victory against the Army.
All five personnel will be involved in the final fixture against the Navy, hoping to complete an Inter-Services treble for their respective teams.
