Following the success of last year's competition, on 5th October we're launching it again for 2020! In 2019 Georgia Surtees won with her 'Reindeers are Fantastic' design, with Jaden Fender and Olivia Gladstone taking the two runner-up spots.
This year the competition will be a little bit different as we will have two age categories to make things as fair as possible. Your design can be anything you like, as long as it is hand-drawn on our official entry form and contains the RAF Roundel. The only rules are that you must be aged 4 to 11 and live in Northumberland. The entry form can be downloaded from the link below.
One winner from each age category will win a £20 toy store voucher with one runner-up in each age category winning a £10 toy store voucher. Both winning designs will be produced as our official Christmas cards for 2020, which our Station Commander sends to personnel deployed over the Christmas period.
Completed entries can be scanned and sent by email to [email protected] or by post marked 'Christmas Card Competition' to the Media Office, RAF Boulmer, Alnwick, NE66 3JF. The closing date is 26th October 2020.
