On the morning of Wednesday 21st August, the RAF Men’s Development Squad trialists arrived for their fitness assessment and, on that evening, the trial group took part in a fixture against RAF Cup Winners, Brize Norton 1st team, which ended in a 1-1 draw, and was a hugely successful exercise.
From that fixture we selected 6 or 7 trialists to join the MDS squad for their fixture against Cirencester Town FC last night at The Corinium Stadium which ended 3-3. Overall, a really productive meet, where we will select 5 or 6 trialists to join the MDS group for the 2019/20 season. Our next meet is here at Brize again with the fixture against Oxford City FC on October 3rd.
