Recently we hosted a Charity Cheque Presentation in the RAF College
Air Cdre Squires, Comdt of RAF College Cranwell presented 3 cheques to local charities whose aim is to assist those most in need in our local community. Cheques for £1000 were presented to Lincolnshire Emergency Medical Response, the British Liver Trust and the Lincolnshire Downs Syndrome Support Group.
Finally the ceremony was concluded with the award of the Air Cdre Rex Waite Trophy to the University of Birmingham Air Squadron in recognition for their charitable contribution over the year.
