It was a privilege to host the Sheffield Branch of the Normandy Veterans on 17 Oct 18. The visit started with a tour of College Hall followed by lunch in the Warrant Officers' and Sergeants’ Mess hosted by the Mess Committee. Whilst at lunch our visitors were treated to a special performance of 1940s songs by RAFC Cranwell’s very own Miss Sarah-Jane.
The Branch then very kindly presented the Warrant Officer and Sergeants’ Mess with a signed print depicting the Normandy Landings.
