CENTRAL TRAINING SCHOOL WELCOMES WARRANT OFFICER RAF

Commandant Central Training School (CTS), head of the Military Training Specialists, Gp Capt Dave Melmoth, welcomed WO ‘Subby’ Subramaniam on Monday the 15 April.

CTS is the specialist training hub for ground training across the Royal Air Force, responsible for ensuring that training is fit for purpose and meets the requirements of the RAF. Made up of  Requirements Analysis, Design and Delivery, Assurance and the Professions Advisory Team, it ensures that the RAF can meet operational requirement.

 

“We were delighted to host WO Subramaniam at CTS”, said Gp Capt Melmoth. Properly trained people are the foundation to everything the RAF does.

Here at CTS we are in the business of creating better processes to train, prepare and enable the force to fly and fight.

CTS looks beyond the needs of today, constantly horizon scanning, looking for more innovative ways to deliver training to a new generation of Aviators.”

During the WORAF’s first visit to CTS, he saw at first hand the importance of getting the right training right.
