The graduation parade is considered a milestone in a Servicemen’s career and with that, a serious composure is what we see when personnel are stood on the parade square. But there is more to it than that and often this goes unseen. Graduates laugh, they joke, and they reflect on every hurdle they have overcome prior to marching on to the parade square.
