RAF Halton staff have been out in force to give the Station a spring clean, generally picking up litter and tidying areas as part of the Station’s commitment to maintaining the environment.

The Station Commander, Group Captain Katherine Wilson, said: “The RAF Halton Station Clean-Up day was part of the ‘Great British Spring Clean’ initiative and I was delighted and proud of the numbers of people that turned up to support.
From Officers to Aircraftmen, Contractors and Civil Servants, all taking time out of what I know are very busy jobs, to be a part of this very worthwhile cause, reinforcing our Whole Force ethos and demonstrating a great pride in our RAF Halton community.”
